We do not automatically log personal data and nor do we link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals. We do collect non-identifiable web tracking data to gain certain information about the use of the Website. Information collected includes IP addresses, referring URL, browser version, page views and operating system. These are automatically recognised by the web server and our log files do not contain any personal information or information about which other sites you have visited. The information used solely for statistical and maintenance purposes and allows us to further improve the Services we provide to you.

In addition, the Forum/ Message Board service will use cookies to allow automatic login for return visits and other personal settings for your enjoyment. 4.4 The Robson Green Web Site may occasionally run competitions and/or surveys from time to time and we ask visitors for their contact information. Any information that you supply will be held in the strictest confidence and only used to manage the process of the competition and/or survey. In some instances, we may share some of this information with Coastal Productions to give evidence that competition prizes/ gifts are allocated/ sent to prize winners - but this information is never kept or recorded by Coastal Productions. Visitor's contact information is only used when we need to contact them. At no time do we disclose, market, sell, or trade any personal information.
5. User Accounts, Passwords & Security
5.1 If a particular Service requires you to open an account you will be required to complete the registration process by providing certain information and registering a username and password for use with that Service.
